Before it ships
What we do to every console
These are second hand machines, most of them older than the people buying them. We do not rush this part.

Opened and inspected
Every console comes apart. We check the board, the screen, the buttons and the battery contacts before anything else happens.

Cleaned inside and out
Shell, screen, ports and vents. Twenty year old handhelds carry twenty years of dust.

Modded
Custom firmware installed and configured, with our store app set up and signed in ready to use.

Loaded and tested
Games installed, then the console is actually played. Screens, sound, sticks, buttons, charging, the lot.

Before you buy
How does the free games library work?
Our store app is installed on the console and already signed in. Open it, browse the library, pick a game and it downloads straight to the system over your wifi. There is no limit and no extra cost, for as long as you own the console. This applies to Switch and 3DS family consoles. The Nintendo DS family does not support it.
What condition are the consoles in?
Every console is second hand, opened, cleaned, tested and modded before it ships. They are listed as New in the specs because they are fully refurbished and working, but they are pre-owned hardware and may carry light cosmetic marks for their age.
How long does delivery take?
Orders inside the UAE ship free. Everywhere else is $19.95 tracked and insured. You get a tracking number by email as soon as the courier collects, usually within one working day of dispatch.
What if something goes wrong?
Every console carries a 1 year warranty covering functional issues, and you have 30 days from delivery to return it. Physical damage and misuse are not covered. Start either from the Customer Support page.
Can I choose which games come on it?
The console arrives already loaded, and because the store app is built in you can add or remove whatever you like yourself at any time. Nothing is locked.
